Dr. Rainer K\u00f6hne<\/h1><\/h1><\/div>

Dr. Rainer K\u00f6hne studied law at the University of Trier and the Rijksuniversiteit Limburg\/Netherlands. He then completed his legal clerkship at the German University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer and at the Legal Service of the European Parliament in Luxembourg. After completing his studies, he obtained his doctorate at the University of Trier on a topic of European law. Dr K\u00f6hne was admitted to the bar in 1995 and has worked primarily in the healthcare sector for over 20 years.<\/p>\n

Dr. K\u00f6hne advises and supports national and international companies at various stages of production and trade in all matters of health law, starting with product launches and the associated demarcation issues, through support in authorisation and registration procedures to the subsequent marketing. His areas of specialisation include in particular<\/p>\n

  • Advice on national and European marketing authorisation procedures<\/li>\n
  • Fundamental issues relating to national and European pharmaceutical law<\/li>\n
  • Advice and legal representation in matters relating to drug advertising law<\/li>\n
  • Advice on official complaints.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    In addition to his advisory work, Dr. K\u00f6hne is also heavily involved in forensic work, particularly in competition law proceedings.<\/p>\n

    Dr. K\u00f6hne is a member of the legal committee of the Federal Association of Drug Manufacturers (BAH Bonn).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
